La Campagna Restaurant is located in Millburn, NJ and has been acclaimed for its sophisticated and satisfying versions of classic Italian fare.
Welcome to our little piece of Italy. Here at La Campagna we use only the finest quality ingredients. We use the best cut of nature veal which is the top round. Many of our imported Italian products include extra virgin olive oil, aged parmesan cheese, wonderful pastas and buffalo milk mozzarella. Frank Diana is the restaurant's longtine Chef de Cuisine.
Our chef / owner Joe Cetrulo has traveled to regions of Italy to learn some of the recipes which you will find on this menu. All of our dishes are cooked to order, so please sit back and enjoy.
La Campagna is a Zagat Survey Award of Distinction winner.
Essentially a self-taught chef, Joe Cetrulo trained under his father, a chef in Blairstown, New Jersey, for several years. He also trained at the renowned Il Mulino in New York City and eventually became a working partner at the young age of 22 at Pinnochio's in Lyndhurst. He has traveled annually for the last 11 years to Italy and France to work in the kitchens of renowned restaurateurs and to attend classes at regional cooking schools.
